And a nice outside view...

Note: Both images minus the usual Fog that seemed to hit us most time we went to Grays...always seemed to be midweek evenings as well...
Re: Old Grounds we used to visit
I've always wondered what the owners of those flats alongside the pitch at Grays think of what's happening there. Those that didn't like the upheaval when a game was on, now have the prospect of their view of a football ground being replaced with a view of other houses.
They've moved pretty quickly too - unlike what happened at Feethams which seems to have lain derelict for over five years.

It's an awful ground to go to. Just a big empty plastic bowl now. Sadly I never went to Feethams.rdfcbrownie-az-o-c wrote:I remember going to Darlington away back in the league, worst game id ever seen  (apart from watching my team), and it was a horrible ground but should be different this time around CANT WAITCMON RUSHDEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Feethams was a lovely ground. I remember for one visit we had our own area on one side of the pitch, opposite the big stand, with a small terrace and a small stand behind it. It was so convenient for the Town too - you could walk from the Station in a few minutes, whereas it's quite a hike to the new ground.
