Why do you find it necessary to come on to this forum every now and then and write pointless and provocative comments that are no use to anyone?

That isn't provocative (great word by the way, well done). RDFC is dead, it is sad to see people harbouring hope of a reprieve still.
It's pointless, and you have written and number of annoying (Is that better for you) comments on other threads. I'm not harbouring hope, I'd rather support a successful AFC R&D team than RDFC, I was just looking for confirmation.

Provocative is a better word but annoying is probably more apt.

I guess you all just need some closure? A bit like waiting for a post mortem after an unexplained death? Albeit that isn't a very nice comparison.

Lol, I don't see anyone here hoping for a reprieve :?

And yes of course we need a bit of closure but who knows when that will happen, this whole thing has just been dragged out far longer than it should have been but the worst of it is over now and we've moved on from rdfc, its just difficult to see our once home getting reoccupied by our rivals.

I don't harbour hope for a reprieve, however I am interested as to what on earth is going on and when we can finally have closure on the club we loved for so long.

You could have 140 years of no achievement, or twenty years of glorious victories, you decide.

I'm no expert but i'd have thought it is the likes of the Wignall's chasing the Beasants who would (fingers crossed) bankrupt them. I'm sure they are worth something, they must live somewhere for a start! As registered owners of RDFC are they not responsible for the debt?
I think you'll find that they are/were directors of R&DFC Ltd... ie, a limited liability company, which means that their personal assets are (sadly, one might say) protected from liabilities (debts) incurred by the company of which they were directors.

I would bet that the money Gill Wignall loaned was loaned to the Club, not to the Beasants personally, so Gill and Dave will be unable to pursue that debt through the courts now that the Club (Company) is in Administration.

By the way, I'm no expert either, so I'm happy to be corrected if I'm wrong.

where do pbDevs come into all of this?

Are they still 'in business'? were they ever in business?

They are a limited liability company but they didn't actually start running any courses.

Diamond Mad may know the latest on this company since part of the the money she personally loaned to the Beasants was made out to PB Devs, £50,000, I seem to recall.

Yes R & D is dead and we will move on onto offering our support to AFC R & D.

But for those seeking the truth and reasons for our demise, they will not abandon the case no matter how long it takes. Sometimes reasons for a death take time to surface; treat this as an unsolved financial "murder" mystery.

Unfortunately we must also accept the financial autopsy will not be made public; indeed the corpse has not been buried yet.

Some day the truth will come out and the financial DNA of the culprit or culprits will be clearer. Then we will get final closure.

I am one for whom closure is needed and I want to see those at the root suffer, Beasants particulalrly Steve Beasant should not be allowed to trade again and be banned from holding a directorial position, his son Liam needs his wings clipping too, could they have left over a period of time with many of the company assets, I had thought there were rules about ex bankrupts being allowed to trade again without strict supervision as they are more than likley of everyone to default again, thoughts as to who did what when and Liam being CEO in name only ring alarm bells to me and hopefully others.

I have driven around Nene Park today probably for the last time, they are making a good effort to tidy it up and I was reminded of the good times there - heigh ho!

I sincerely hope that everyone to whom the Beasants owe money get some satisfaction or even better money!
