RDFC?
Does Rushden & Diamonds FC still exist? As I'm aware nothing has been confirmed to say that Rushden & Diamonds is officially "no more". Didn't KC say the club had three options, liquidation, a CVA or pay off the debt, none of these three options have actually happened. I could be wrong or missing something, but as i'm aware, nothing has been said which has confirmed what we all think. Also, what has happened the the Beasent's?
I was wondering because something was in my head, what if RDFC manage to find new investors, Beasents leave, RDFC ground share with K*ttering in the UCL for the 2012/13 season...

Ah thanks, so much is going on with AFC R&D that RDFC has kind of been forgotten.DiamondCarvell wrote:officially we are in administration so the beasents would have been given the boot by the administrator i would imagineHiHoRushden&Diamonds wrote:Does Rushden & Diamonds FC still exist? Re: RDFC?
Technically i think DiamondCarvell is right.
So the Beasants - albeit bankrupt - will probably just trot off into the sunset and turn up at another club in a few years time.
Seems a shame, that.

Why do you find it necessary to come on to this forum every now and then and write pointless and provocative comments that are no use to anyone?DustCobb wrote:Jesus wept give it up.

Re: RDFC?
I very much doubt they're bankrupt after this. Lots of money is unaccounted for (and will never be found), Gill Wignall's £110k and the Joe Day transfer money being the main ones I can think of.BartonRaz wrote:Technically i think DiamondCarvell is right.

Re: RDFC?
I'm no expert but i'd have thought it is the likes of the Wignall's chasing the Beasants who would (fingers crossed) bankrupt them. I'm sure they are worth something, they must live somewhere for a start! As registered owners of RDFC are they not responsible for the debt?Sara Pascoe wrote:I very much doubt they're bankrupt after this. That isn't provocative (great word by the way, well done). RDFC is dead, it is sad to see people harbouring hope of a reprieve still.
