This is an NFA event being held at Hayden Road. As such it won't look exactly like a normal home game although our volunteers will still be out in force to man the turnstiles, get the Club Shop open and (hopefully) Dale's Bar too.

Food Barn won't be there, but snacks will be available in Dale's Bar provided we can staff it.

Obviously season tickets etc don't apply, and kids of any age are chargeable at £3. Pricing is set by the NFA.

Clearly this isn't going to be the brilliant mid-summer event that it could have been despite our intentions to get this played at the usual time, and I expect both Clubs will field teams that most supporters won't really recognise, but it's still a competitive senior fixture for the Club and as such we'd really welcome your support. We played an U21 team with a sprinkling of first teamers against Peterborough U23's last season at the Dog & Duck in what turned out to be a great game, so hopefully this can be similar.

Update - whilst the squad will have some U18's in it and a couple are in line for debuts, I think it will generally be a stronger line-up than originally anticipated.

What an excellent result with so many youngsters. Sounds as though it was an entertaining game.

Was a decent match for the 100 or so that turned out. Bit like the match against a young cobblers side back in January, this was a very evenly matched game and hopefully like that game, kick started the team on a decent run. Big shiut out to young ewan Evan in the sticks, made 6 or 7 decent saves and handling was very good. Wouldn't be a problem if he had to step in for heath at any point I wouldn't think. Great to see cordon get a good run out alongside ehsani, another player you can see why he's been called up to tge first team on a number if occasion. If people think of missing these type of games in the future, then think again. They've actually been decent matches and brings in more money for the club
