One In - One Out

Post by BartonRaz »

Edi Appleton leaves to re-join Corby.

Connor Kennedy joins on a months loan from Corby.

Connor was a regular for Corby last season as they won the Southern League Premier, and had a trial at Leicester in the summer.

A tad surprised about Appleton considering I don't feel he stood out in our defence. Although that may be saying more about our defence than him? Looking forward to seeing Kennedy play, with Gordon moving into his more natural role.

That's how I read it. Kennedy is a proper full back and a good young prospect and I was very impressed with him when I saw him play for the Steelmen against Weymouth and Biggleswade Town last season. The general consensus amongst Corby fans I spoke to was he was destined for bigger things.
