Really looking forward to a trip to Grantham, one of only two away venues that I missed last season.

Quite correct, Brownie. Only one of two away venues that I missed in our FIRST season. ;)

EDIT: Note that the U21s game at Peterborough Sports is now off, so it is not an option to take in that game en-route.

Was one of the better away games that season. Comfortable 3-0 win and a cracking goal from Jamie Gilsenan. The hot food on offer was ridiculously cheap.

For those that did go I think they've had some ground improvements since our visit.

I believe the Burghley Horse Trials are on this weekend so expect some traffic congestion around the Stamford area.

Indeed they are as that is what I got out of going to this year, most of the 20,000 + going there will be in the place by 11.30 at latest so shouldn`t be to bad going up, however they will start streaming out from 4.30 so the trip home may be a bit congested, extra time in the car to debate the win and general performance.

Fams travelling should be aware that Jay Harrison is no longer joint manager of the Arrers so opportunities for toy throwing spotting will be far more limited than they were with Pinky and Perky at PNS
