If The FA look at us as a 'problem club' then they might as well call every club in the country a problem club! Just in the last 5 days, a whole group of Birmingham fan had a bust up with stewards and police in the ground and a Crawley PLAYER punched an abusive Brentford fan last night. Every club in this land with a reasonably fan base will have issues.

Regarding the Crawley player hope he just gets away with a fine. Although punching a fan is completely wrong bottom line is having a ball thrown at him with that force is also assault!! Maybe Brentford should be taking action against this supporter also...

Secondly is the use of bad language. Again, in my view, some of the chants are not necessary and there is no need for them. The 'singers' are intelligent lads and could and have come up with far wittier chants than dropping the c-bomb. However, I always try to view things holistically and when you hear the sort of language that comes from players and opposition managers to the referees and their own players then I can sort of understand it, but not condone it.

I agree, no-one us expecting everyone to behave like angels, but language on occasions steps over the line of decency.

I went to Luton Town last night and hear nothing in the way of swearing other than the utterances of frustrated individuals from time to time, no co-ordinated swearing in chants, just good old fashioned support for their team - that's what I'd love to see!! Anyone can shout out "c***", it's not that difficult, creative or intelligent is it?

I don't see a problem with the 'C' word?

I know that's not the point you're trying to make, and I also know that idiot fans are usually in the minority as part of a club's supporters, but that day brought Luton to the top of my list of most hated clubs of all time... and I couldn't help but mention it because I can't link that club and "good old fashioned support".

Not really, I'm well aware of what they can be like - but they focused on getting behind the team on Tuesday and not abusing the opposition, it delivered results for them as their lads delivered.

It was interesting actually as the guy I was with used to be a chief superintendent in the police - we chatted about this subject in passing and he said if you swore in the high street you could be arrested under the public order act, the fact you're at a football match makes no difference. The only reason so any people don't at "big" clubs is because it's difficult to identify culprits and take action safely, in smaller crowds it's far easier - food for thought eh?

Anyway, we all support the same team and I hope everyone gets behind the lads tonight, they'll need lifting, hopefully no c bombs and just lots of positive vocal support urging them on eh?

Go Luton V Watford. I'm sure the C word will be out in force that day.

I don't think we should be bothered about what goes on elsewhere.

The main focus has to be that we make our club a place where everyone can come and watch football and not be bombarded by chants containing the c-bomb every two minutes.

We live in a relatively civilised society so it's not too hard is it?
