You could argue they aren't having a collection as collections are voluntary.

It's still better than the tactic employed by BPW of including a raffle ticket in the entry when we played there.

When I made my first comment I actually didn't realise they charged £5 usually, so it is a bit of a cheek to impose a Charity levy on us, but I still think it's a good cause and have no problem paying it !!
