“I don’t want to sit and criticise officials because it’s not the right thing to do publicly,” Chand said.
And then goes and criticises the ref last week.

It was mentioned that Matt is unavailable since he is away on holiday.
We are capable of winning without him of course, but that to me is quite a loss in such a big game, even if he came off the bench in the second half like he has been doing he could have made all the difference, hope ELJ has one of his good games, rather than one of his poor ones! Hope we can make it 8 wins in a row (if I'm not mistaken)!

The positive comments about the D&D pitch in that Spalding Guardian article are well merited. On Tuesday evening in particular it looked a real credit to the guys who put in all the effort. After the challenges with the pitches at the likes of Harrowby and Yaxley I'm sure it helps the team to have such a good surface to play on.

It will be quieter on the pitch, or more accurately on the oppo bench as potty mouthed, perennial sub Tommy Treacher has signed for the nice folk at Wisbitch.

So looking forward to this, they're all big games of course as we need to win them all, but this is against a true contender this year - a win really makes a statement of our intent. Things are going well at the moment, but we all know that the teams we have beaten on this fabulous run won't be in the top 6 come May, Holbeach will be there or there abouts.
Bring it on - I'm predicting a 2-1 win

Anybody else worried about our lack of pace at centre half? For me it's Dolman and Ashton to play there every game but that never seems to happen.
