Bang on!! Certainly proved a couple of the doubters wrong.. Tuesday will be tough going in against the top scorers of the league, but play like we know we're capable of and I believe a result can be on the cards..

Nobody has mentioned one of my star players of the season, who once again was played out of his usual position and done a sterling effort, good old Brad Harris at centre back. To be honest he done a sterling effort..

Would like to thank Haydn in doing a smashing job throughout the season and the cheesy chips was great yesterday :good:

On another note when are the grand prize winners announced, my sister won the waitrose hamper :clapping:

He always gives 100% even if he's not the best or most fashionable player. I knew he'd be able to do a job at centre half as he played well there alongside gilly in the first season and tackling is one of his strengths. Not sure if he'll be with us next season, but I think that has been said at the end of all the previous ones. If he's not, he's been a great servant to the club and will do a job wherever he goes.

brad has been a true professional and a class act,he was almost my player of the season(finners just shaded it)...id like to thank brad for sticking with it, when he lost a bit of sparkle, and his place, when results didn't go for us.....he was replaced by players who had a proven record, yet didn't perform.he stuck with us instead of throwing his dummy out,and moveing on ,like many other players have because they didn't want splinters.got his place back, and has earned the right to stay in the team with some outstanding/solid preformances.......well done brad

Well said.. This has happened 2 or 3 times in the last couple of years and what a true professional to wait it out. I really do hope Brad is with us next season regardless of promotion or not. You get the fans favourites and without a doubt Brad is one of them. Whether he's a goal scorer or not he puts in a shift constantly. Id be gutted if he wasn't here next year!!

I was on the De Banke in the second half and thought that Robbie Parsons could/should have had at least one penalty. Twice he jinked past 3 defenders both on the left and right of goal before being brought to a rather abrupt halt. If they were not fouls why was he not booked for diving?

If he can produce the sort of form he showed in the second half then he could yet play an important role in the remaining games (and maybe next season). I also thought he linked up well with Connor Kennedy.

The first one should've been a penalty but he should've got rid after he beat the first couple of men! The second one I believe was called back for handball rather than a dive but also should've been a penalty. He's a tricky player but not physically big enough to get past men yet, I'd choose Hally over him if they're fighting for a position on the wing.

I certainly agree with you that he was easily shoved off the ball. Needs to build up his strength, but a promising prospect.

The ref was soooo inconsistent yesterday. He made some excellent decisions at times, but also plenty of bafflingly poor decisions. He really seemed to have it in for Parsons for some reason; I lost count of the number of times he was fouled, including the two penalty shouts, and the ref didn't give anything.

Parsons did make a rod for his own back in fairness by diving several times in the first half.
They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....
