I had to go out at five and held on to the last minute, I was in the kitchen and the commentator on radio diamonds was squealing a good Un. Raced upstairs to hear the big man had equalised.
Let's do the job properly on Tuesday.
Fans sounded great on the radio.

Great atmosphere, I believe the attendance was given as 819, must of had at least 450 Rushden fans which was great to see! Hopefully Barwell bring a few on Tuesday, I hear they are bringing a supporters coach down.

I may have been slightly critical Bartonraz but first 25-30 mins they simply didn't turn up. The formation desperately needed to change and thank god it did. I don't think I said anything that the lads probably didn't think themselves, but that aside their determination to the end was second to none and that's something you can't take away..

I was stood on the side yesterday in front of the terrace and there was some guy there, possible Tourette's but who knows, first 20 mins he kept shouting at whoever player in a diamonds shirt.. Say Tommy Berwick, number 10 your s*it you must try harder.. He even shouted towards barwell left back number 3 your s*it you must try harder, it was laughable but at the same time doing my head in, as I moved Daniel stood next to him they made the perfect pair. A lunging tackle on Courtney and the bloke turns to Daniel and said nothing wrong with that

Any ways watched the highlight of the goal posted on Twitter by the barwell fan and funnily enough you could see the guys body language just drop when the cheer went up. I found it funnier every time I watched it over and over. He will be one to listen out for Tuesday should he be there...comedy gold :lol:
