Says on the ET website that Jack's injured his ACL. If he's properly injured it a Luke Shaw-style leg break would have been preferable in terms of recovery time.
They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....

I've noticed that he's had a knee issue all season. In one home match, against Aylesbury United, about 6 weeks ago he was substituted early in the first half with a knee problem and then missed the next home match against Chalfont St. Peter. There was a recent picture of him in the NT (see below) against Bedford Town, with all that elasticated tape on his knee, similar to that sported by Claudio at Deepings.

If it is a complete ACL tear, I wouldn't expect to see Ashton back in action this side of April. I'm not sure if the recovery time for a partial tear would be any less, but whatever it is, let's hope it's not something that will keep him off the pitch for too long.

He tweeted this morning saying he had received some 'good news'. Think he was off to see a specialist this morning
