Although it is an AWAY game for us, I believe the Burger Monster will be cooking.

Blummin awful game of football I thought. Way different line up to what I'd pick. Still a 1 - 0 win is not too bad.

Started off promising with a number of attacks and good work at times from Spriggs down the right, but the game faded in the second with very little goal threat registered. Glad that Lawless was given a chance to start and apart from some neat touches, he looks to be right down the pecking order of the forwards on offer. The best of the new signings has to be Olly Wilkinson, who looks solid at full-back and makes very little mistakes. Not sure where Tommy Berwick is at the moment, but you would have thought that he'll have to feature soon as his AFC career hasn't really got going yet.

I'm not sure why but I think we may have seen the last of Tommy Berwick. We've got Tom Lorraine, Scotty, Dom Lawless and Courtney, do we really need a 5th striker????

Wouldn't be a bad thing.. He has never established himself, and caused more frustration than anything else.. Overhyped in my opinion.. Proven goal scorer?? He ain't shown it yet. Others may think different but just don't think he deserved the shirt as much as he did last season :?

He was used as a wide left player towards the end of last season and with position not really cemented by anyone yet, he could be used there again.

Berwick's much better than Lawless and Joseph, it would be daft to keep either of those instead of him.

Scott looked well off the pace last night and needs a lot of fitness training to get him back to his best, Lawless has not impressed me at all so far! Tommy seems to have started where he finished last year, lots of good general play but not finding the net! Maybe when the serious stuff starts we'll see the true Tommy Berwick? I so want him to be a success because I like a trier sand he's definitely that !

If we had to lose 1 from those 3 in my opinion it would be Lawless !!

Agreed. Should not be overlooked that he was a starter in a side that never got beaten once he joined us and contributed immensely to our strong finish. He's just missing a few goals.
