I do then wonder what happens with the various Yaxley volunteers who prepare the pitch / ground / open the turnstiles etc - will the UCL pay them for their efforts?
UCL Cup Final (aka UCL Fundraiser)
Re: UCL Cup Final (aka UCL Fundraiser)
Who cares about if its a fundraiser?
The fact that this game is held at a neutral venue is defined in the cup rules thus: “Final Ties will be played on a neutral venue to be determined by the Board. All arrangements for the Final Ties shall be made by the Board.”
The costs of the game will be met by the UCL, as the rules further state:“The League shall take the proceeds of the Final Ties and shall be responsible for meeting the expenses of the ties.”
Who actually cares about that, just give people the date and venue as the title suggests and leave it at that, we wouldn't want the OWS to be brought into disrepute

Do keep up BB - they don't even do that, the various clubs have to provide the cake ;)
