Re: Supporting the Team
Give him his due he looked fairly good against. BPW (didn't get to the Langford game), surely should go out on loan to get some game time. Much like a certain striker who shall remain nameless. Didn't do him any harm.Pigman wrote:Not heard anything, last time I saw him was at the friendly with Langford on the 8th October.Dowlo wrote:Can I assume that the player this thread was started for has left the club, having not featured the last 2 games?

Re: Supporting the Team
Notice Peaksy did not question the fact that Greg Ling had left the club. So guess we can take that as fact.
With Hewitt, Ling and Henderson now gone that should ease up the budget to sign Scott Joseph, although I am not sure that we need an extra striker. Can he play wide?

I'm not sure he heard the question properly. Sean and Greg have not signed for other clubs.sussexdiamond wrote:Notice Peaksy did not question the fact that Greg Ling had left the club. So guess we can take that as fact.

Re: Supporting the Team
We could still do with Sean McBride as cover, as he can play full-back. Not much cover for Merrill at the mo.
Re: Supporting the Team
Thought Brad did a decent job there on Tuesday, though we may have cover at full back on both sides none are full backs if you know what I mean. But without doubt squad is stronger than it has ever been, Sean would be so handy as cover at present as would Joe H, but assume no involvement is their choice. Missing 1 in midfield IMO going into the wet winter months, and as suggested would be handy if Scott can also cover out wide.TheIncognitoKid wrote:We could still do with Sean McBride as cover, as he can play full-back. Re: Supporting the Team
Not sure it was even a question?? Sounded more like a statement & no pause for a reply, doesn't interview like you does he DC. To be fair it was an easy one for Peaksy to dodge & sure in his position we would have all done the same. Some will come some will go, but things ain't to bad at the moment are they??SouthRushdenJFC wrote:I'm not sure he heard the question properly.
