Regarding the price of £10, it's what I saw on the admission board at the turnstiles and thus feared the worse as to how much it was to get in. Thankfully it was only £6 to get in.
As for your £2 Brownie, you can keep it.
As pre season that price board was left over from last season. Don`t think we have ever adjusted our prices when we have played a team from a lower level/entry cost is lower than ours. I agree £9 is top end of the scale for step 4 but we do get 1/2 of it (after costs) Hope to see you there.
And yes Bob`s Bitch, i`m sure it will be worth a quick head count to see how good they are at Maffs. would assume they may also have a collection of the Counties more expensive stewards on duty as well.

Not only that but it's still on their OWS! Some of the Eagles fans were complaining to me on Saturday how poor their 'Pitchero' web site is and they were all getting very frustrated about the lack of information from their club despite many complaints.
Once again it shows how professional our club is in comparison with the majority of higher ranked clubs.
On the price issue, had a look at various Southern League Central teams, a lot don`t give entry prices but of those that do couldn`t find another one charging £9, all are £8, with £4 or £5 for concessions, Under 16 either £1 or £2. One big p ss take was Barton Rovers Under 9 Free but 9-16 £4
So as expected we appear to be visiting the areas mast expensive Step 4 Club, only good news is, we will get a % of total gate receipts.
Diamonds winning 1-0 after 8 minutes, scorer Tom Lorraine. Paul and Bruce doing a grand job on Radio Diamonds.
First game I've missed since Boston Town away last December. Annoyed as I got delayed in Cambridge this evening and wouldn't have made Bedford until at least half time. :x
Sounds like a top notch display from the lads, and a complete turn-around from Saturday
