Had my first experience of walking football last week, and had a great time. Session is well run, lots of fun, and you use more calories than you think - it's great exercise for us old un's, and you don't need to be a George Best to make a difference. We need more people to come and give it a try - I'm going to rope some mates in for this week. Come on guys - give it a try.
