It seems that the IP is, indeed, Carter Clark from Essex who also dealt with Weymouth and RDFC. Surprise, surprise!
Desperate measures.....

Don't think the penny has dropped with regard to Carter Clark. Also JW said that if the CVA is proposed, then creditors would receive 10p in the £ over a three year period but failed to mention that this would be less after CC had taken their slice (sorry fees!). Creditors include HMRC, ENC, presumably business rates, St John's Ambulance and Child Support Agency

If the CVA isn't approved on the 15th June, then KTFC face the threat of further winding up petitions and the club would be liquidated.
Re: Desperate measures.....
Just heard Jon Wilkinson's report. He explicitly stated that Rolls wasn't named on the CVA list of creditors - which was a surprise - and neither was he the person named as the sponsor - that was someone called Gary Graham.
The latter isn't a surprise given the issue with Rolls taking a second club into a CVA - but it also stated that the takeover is dependant upon the CVA - which would seem to link him.
The Football creditors still seem to be on the list, which will be interesting, and it will also be a test for East Northants District Council to see if they are prepared to write off 90% of the 30k of rate-payers money they are owed, rather than pursue the full amount via a winding up order.
Jon also confirmed the club is going part-time, which seems to contradict an earlier Rolls statement.

Re: Desperate measures.....
So its pretty much CVA or shit town?
Also, by being sucked into the spiders web spun by the Club is there absolutely no chance of a fans group creating a K*ttering team playing in any senior leagues this up coming season should the shitty smelling shitty shit hit the fan

Re: Desperate measures.....
Jon Wilkinson's original comments are on the iplayer now - it appears that Ladak and this Gary Graham character are the remaining directors, with Graham sponsoring the petition. One other point was that the Inland Revenue are still owed money, and there is a threat they will issue another winding up order - with the CVA seen as a way of heading that off. That really smacks of the situation as occurred at Chester City, with HMRC challenging the CVA (and succeeding).
I note that the guy on Poppynet who passed on Jon's news that the club was going part time was immediately accused of being a Diamonds fan for daring to contradict the messiah.

Re: Desperate measures.....
K*ttering FC has already been set-up by a group of disenchanted fans but won't be playing senior football next season. However, their general fan base is very split and even if KTFC go out of business we won't see the same unity as witnessed within our fans.Stalin wrote:

Re: Desperate measures.....
No, but a new team Kettring F.C. has been formed and is going down the same path as us, starting with Youth Football and next season applying for the UCL.Stalin wrote:So its pretty much CVA or shit town?

Re: Desperate measures.....
That is true but that set up is seen as a rebel break away.
The main fan base (somehow) is still behind the current team and as the days tick by they are running out of time to get anything sorted for next season
