UCL Div One Odds...

Post by BartonRaz »

I'm not sure how legit this is, but i've found this on Twitter (a few teams appear to have been missed out):

AFC R&D - 8/11 ;)
Oadby - 7/2
Sileby - 5/1
Whitworths - 8/1
Bugbrooke - 12/1
Rushden & Higham - 12/1
Harrowby - 16/1
Spencer - 16/1
Thrapston - 20/1
Olney - 20/1
Eynesbury - 20/1
Burton Park Wanderers - 33/1
Bourne - 40/1
Raunds - 40/1
Buckingham - 40/1
Potton - 50/1
They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....

As much as I want us to win the league first time out, I think anything above mid table would be a successful first season, along with spreading the word about our club.

My money is on Oadby to storm the league - good setup, some quality players and the club just seems to be gathering momentum and moving onwards and upwards at a pace.

Nice on. Let's divert the pressure on a few other clubs and then........ sneak up on them. ;)

Oadby obviously have some money behind them too - I note they are off on a pre-season tour on Tyneside.

I know its hardly comparative with the tours of Asia and the far east that clubs like Man Utd go on, but when you consider costs like travel and accommodation for a squad of players and staff that's going to cost a fair bit for a level 10 club I imagine. Glad we're staying local for the pre-season.

Aren't we going to St.Neots? That's a different county!
