Re: Desperate measures.....
So, despite all the willy waving about Rolls, Sadact could still be involved!
Oh hahahah! Be still my aching sides!

The Soap Opera continues apace, 2 weeks have passed since the winding up petition was withdrawn and yet Sausage still has no official control of the Club or its bank accounts, yet the Sadact clan have been able to access them for 2 weeks, well its still Sadacts club isn't it
Its amazing how Sausage is announcing grand plans for next season, a top six budget, staying full time and now going to have a professional Youth team setup all on tuppence halfpenny
I for one cannot see the Conference being thrilled on having Kettrin in the BSN without gold plated guarantees on the payment of current debt and guarantees of the funding for next season, i doubt they will accept anymore Jackanory budget plans.

I see the Poppies Trust has confirmed on their website that they've been spending 95% of the monies raised - and yet they still don't seem to be getting any kind of commitment from either Rolls or Ladak for any investment in the club.
Surely they aren't naive enough to think that they will raise sufficient funds from "sweating the assets" to clear existing debts and get them through the summer - at least the Beasant's tried to do that (from a similar standing start) after being given the club "debt free" ;) ;)

Re: Desperate measures.....
if their trust have been given 24% of the club do they then become liable for 24% of the debt, which was apparently 400k so they are liable for 100k?, is that right?

Interesting, has Strudwick been given a guarentee then? Even if the football creditors and HMRC have been settled that still leaves a hell of a lot of other creditors that are due ££££.
The debt will only build up again due to poor crowds, high maintenance costs, and Rolls having #nopottopissin.

I reckon that Kettrin have 300 or so muppets who will pay, remember Maths is a new concept and has only just made the curriculum in Kettrin Schools so they will hardly notice they are paying around 3 quid a game higher than anyone else in the BSN.

Reading that, it sounds like the players will have to be salesmen as well
I expect this house of cards to come tumbling down before the start of next season, the maths don't add up
