I'm also planning to go to Wootton Blue Cross v Rothwell Town, so hopefully see you there Jim. As well as a chance to see Louis and Lewi at UCL level, Wootton is only a few miles down the road for us North Beds folk!PigmanRDFC wrote:I was hoping to pop over to St Neots Town this weekend to see them in action against Aylesbury Utd (where I used to live), but I might be running a wee bit late as I have an appointment at 12 noon, so I'm thinking of nipping over to see Wootton Blue Cross vs Rothwell Town which is nice and local to me - hopefully I'll get to see both Louis Smith and Lewi Williams in action for Rothwell, be good to see how they hold up to the challenge of men's football in the UCL.
What are you guys and gals planning for this weekend? Which games (if any) will you be taking in?

It's even closer for us mid-Beds folks, but I'll be watching an FA Cup game again this weekend. If you haven't been to Wootton's ground before, bear in mind that even a ground in a small village can be difficult to spot if its hidden behind houses with only a narrow access road...davealbon wrote:I'm also planning to go to Wootton Blue Cross v Rothwell Town, so hopefully see you there Jim. Thanks for the heads up. I've just looked it up on Google Maps and realised that I've driven past the ground several times and never once noticed it!Formic wrote:It's even closer for us mid-Beds folks, but I'll be watching an FA Cup game again this weekend. OWS said he was in talks with Mansfield and the ET said he had definitely left but no confirmation that he had signed for the Stags.BartonRaz wrote:Has Rhead definitely gone, Trek?

I didn't even know Rhead was young enough to have played for AFC

I heard Mansfield have signed Barnes-Homer.
