Well if it lands on None Park, no doubt KC will try and charge the Yanks rent until they collect and then will sell out to the Russians if the Yanks default on there rent ;)

Well if it lands there before 2015 and while KC is in it'll be a massive improvement, so the Griggs Group will make some dosh out of it ;)
