In the back of my head I shared youre pessimistic views but I'm the sort of guy that will always give someone a chance no matter what I hear. I don't (and I'm sure no-one else does) regret being positive when they first arrived.

Everyone was optimistic but after a short time of them taking over things really didn't add up.

Even the FA can get it wrong - What a surprise.

Venue change for England Final

England C seeking Final victory over Portugal at Sixfields.

Friday, 06 May, 2011

Details of the venue for the International Challenge Trophy Final have now changed, with England set to take on Portugal at Sixfields Stadium later this month.

Having overcome the holders Belgium at the semi-final stage in February, Paul Fairclough's side now face the Portuguese at Northampton Town with silverware up for grabs.

The Three Lions now prepare themselves for the showdown on Thursday 19 May at Sixfields with the match kicking off at 7.45pm. Tickets are £5 for adults and children under 16 are free.

England last lifted the International Challenge Trophy in 2006 when they beat the Netherlands 4-1 at Burton Albion, and having lost the final to Belgium in 2009 will be seeking to reclaim their prize.

Supporters of the non-league game should come along to Nene Park to support England in their bid for silverware.

Don't forget that Steve Beasant wasn't even mentioned when KC handed the Club over. It was Gary Calder and Liam Beasant who were introduced to the press. Wasn't the first time he appeared on the scene at the Trust AGM in February? He is clearly the power behind the throne in his role as CEO.

I could hardly believe what I was reading in these articles! The bit about someone shooting him in the legs is incredible. R&D have somehow found themselves owned by characters from a Danny Dyer movie. Never mind a fans meeting, we should organise a crowd of peasants with pitchforks and flaming torches and drive them out!

Move on beasants, no-one wants you here, no-one believes the crap you're peddling anymore, even if you wind our club up, so be it, but your not wanted here, hope your not there on tuesday, I don't want to have to look at you!!!

I thought this meeting on Tuesday evening would be the hard sell! And he doesn't want it to be a slagging off of the new directors! What we suppose to say, never mind it'll be alright on the night. We need honest answers, fast.

According to that website the reason for moving the game to Sixfields is because the groundstaff have all walked.
