Matt Johnson aside, the rest need to look at themselves after that 'performance'.
It really was laughable at times.
That said, the ref was embarrasing. Southport time wasted from the word go and had no intention of playing football. Time and again we've been frustrated at this sides inability to break teams like this down.
Season over.
They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....
6 games unbeaten.....but 4 draws 3 against winnable opposition. Shame that, as it's the point we needed to keep the play-off hopes alive. Although we were never gonna go up even if we made it to the playoffs...so lets just get behind this young side, unbeaten in 6 and keep them going right to the end

Just another in a long line of piss poor refs!
Defending was awful and midfield wasn't much better. Might be time to rest Joe Day, even tho he made a few good saves some of his decision making was comical at times.
and when will Keehan make an appearance? ;)
Matt Johnson has really developed well since last time I saw him and was one of few players that really showed their worthy of a shirt. Ryan charles had a cast or something on so it looks like he is gone for a while. Oh and farrell was crap as always
For me the two Day's were the worst today. I've lost count of the amount of times Jamie Day has cost us goals from ridiculously bad positioning. Almost cost us a goal in the first-half also.
Joe Day just seemed unaware of everything around him all game.

Quite enjoyed today's match, was a good entertaining game.
Decision conspired against us. The penalty was dubious but saying that, an earlier Day foul could have been a pen.
Why the referee stopped an inevitable goal for offside when the linesman kept the flag down is beyond me.
Their second goal was atrocious defending imo. Day & Huke are relatively experienced and Day should know to let Huke take the first ball but a breakdown in communication cost us.
I don't think we can realistically aim for the play-offs now. After all thats happened this year, high mid table is a solid achievement, and I wouldnt mind playing Sharif/Woolley instead of Farrel now and build for the future like Corby are!
