Re: Season Tickets - A Poll
I'm getting one again.
I've only missed one home game a season for the last three years so it makes sense to. I'll be an 'adult' for the first time next year also.
Don't see what all the fuss is about to be honest. I understand it's not ideal but the club needs the money to stay alive. If paying an extra few quid means that i have a club to support then i'll take that on the chin.

Re: Season Tickets - A Poll
The price was a shock, I will admit. However weighing it up, I asked myself if I would be at every game next season.
The answer is yes, so I will be getting one.
I think one advantage for people who would be interested in getting one, is the ability to spread it out over three months, with £100 installments. It eases the burden quite significantly.

As I live an hour away on average I will miss a minimum of 6 games but I buy my season ticket to show my support to my club and will continue to do so and if it helps the club thru the lean summer months even better I just want them to be there next season [and I do have doubts regarding the owners financial resource]

Out of interest, those who are buying/renewing, standing or sitting?
I'm on the DeBanke, so will renew there.

Good man. It's people like you that keep the club in business.mac wrote:As I live an hour away on average I will miss a minimum of 6 games but I buy my season ticket to show my support to my club and will continue to do so and if it helps the club thru the lean summer months even better I just want them to be there next season [and I do have doubts regarding the owners financial resource]
Glad to see that (thus far) most people aren't turning and running.

Re: The instalments method. I'd like to know how the club are ensuring that no one can get out of paying their last 2 instalments if we're not doing well at that point in the season.
As for the question, I'm not sure yet. I don't know if I'll be working or at University so I'll have to hold back for a while and see if I can afford it. I hate the idea of not being a ST holder though, so hopefully I'll be able to get into a position where I can fork out the £240/£330 even if I don't go to all of the games and it means I have to stop eating for a few weeks.

Re: Season Tickets - A Poll
I'm in the PDB and think that a £90 increase is a bit harsh but then I looked at last seasons prices and 23 x £17 = £391 so effectively those of us standing have saved £91!!!
Believe me there is some logic in there somewhere!!!!
;) ;) :? :? ;) ;)
