Corby v Luton
I know its off topic but it could be quite interesting with Luton fans only being allocated 450 odd tickets
I can see that being a fun day for Northants finest

Indeed - and given they've had to reduce the capacity to 2000 and install CCTV in a ground they'll vacate next summer it looks like they'll struggle to break even when policing costs are added in. Their challenge will be to sell their 1500 or so tickets to their loyal fans, rather than big-game charlies.

From the LTFC official website -
Contrary to press reports emanating from Northamptonshire it remains to be seen if the Hatters' FA Cup first round tie at Corby Town can go ahead at the Steelmen's Rockingham Triangle stadium.
Town officials met with their Corby counterparts on Tuesday, along with members of Northamptonshire Police and the stadium's Safety Advisory Group and expressed concerns about the suitably of the tie being played at the Rockingham Triangle.
The two clubs and the stadium's supporting authorities have agreed in principle that game will go ahead at the venue but only if a number of remedial works on stadium are completed by Friday.
The Hatters stressed that the agreement is solely based on the works being completed on time on Friday at which point the local safety advisory group will make a final decision on the suitability of the stadium.
If Corby fail to meet the requirements set by the safety advisory group then an alternative venue to host the tie will be considered.
Should the game go ahead in Corby then the Hatters will receive a total of 434 tickets for the match on 6th November. They will be made up of 256 seats and 178 terrace places.
Once a decision has been reached tickets will go on sale at the weekend at the earliest

It's beginning to remind me of the Stevenage v Newcastle game a few years back, when the Magpies tried to get the game moved.
I see Corby have hiked the prices by 50% for seats (and U-16 seat prices by over 100%).

Corby have about 300 loyal fans and 400 floaters. The unrivalled catchment area for football in Corby is absolutely huge though so can definitely see a sell out, and maybe even sell out the away allocation if its at Luton.

'All supporters must provide identification of Corby residence when purchasing tickets, in order to ensure only home supporters in the home end.'
They will sell out since they had almost 2000 in the Triangle when they played Banbury in their final match, to win the SLP title, back in April 2009.
