Playoffs

Basford v Belper
Carlton v Warwick

Also a Biggleswade derby in Bedford.

Elsewhere, sounds like Real Bedford messed up with their ticketing for K*ttering. K*ttering also failed to give their ST holders much notice of ticket sales, which was an allocation of 600 - I know it was mentioned (as a comparison) on the end of season thread, but K*ttering's social media and comms is consistently shocking, their use of AI is embarrassing.

Belper and Warwick both win on pens. So Carlton bottle it yet again.
Matlock lose also, so no more games for Bruno.

The lottery of the play-offs strikes again. Carlton were neck and neck with Nomads all season, over 90 points and lose on pens to a team that finished 25 points behind. That hurts. Good luck to Warwick in the final.

There was a bit of complaining on X that teams were bringing in "better players" for the play offs, but still losing.
Good, they should stick with the players that did the hard work throughout the season.

Our social media is the best in the league in my opinion , while Corby’s is poor, especially during match days.

Definitely, as I said in another thread, our social media has been fantastic this season, especially the commercial side of things spotlighting our sponsors.Even putting aside bias, I know where I'd put my money if I were a local company looking for a local non league club to sponsor. Corby's X page gets into arguments with fans, its a circus!

Carlton were actually quite away ahead on Anstey at one point and seemed like they had it in the bag. Quite glad they blew it after the captain and other defenders were celebrating towards the de banke when they beat us. Their arrogance got the better of them in the end
