As we all know it's been our first season (as the current board) running the food outlet at Hayden Road. Generally from a pound note perspective this has been very successful, but we know it hasn't been a perfect customer experience particularly with regards to wait times.
In recent weeks we have altered the menu, adding new items that are proving popular, and we have invested in some additional items in the kitchen to reduce wait times. The general feeling last night was that things were much better from that point of view, but again, not perfect.
