It has the feeling of it all coming together at the right time at the moment, we have been on the cusp of being a team to challenge at the top of the division for many months but consistency, injuries and perhaps a lack of killer instinct to finish games off was letting us down.

But yesterday shows that we have finally come good and become a proper team, other than a few saves Jezeph had to make, the result never really looked in doubt, an all round great performance. Elliot and Jim are building something special!

And can only echo what has been said above about the relationship between this team and the fans, it is the best it has been for a long time and I can't get enough of Joel leading the choir into 'Heyyyy hey Baby...' after our wins :joy:

I took along a few mates, a couple of which have never watched a Diamonds game and aren't really into football but they enjoyed it and a lot of it was down to the atmosphere and that team/fan relationship

Table is looking good, just need to keep picking the points up and have no complacency

I thought we were dominant from the off and once the first goal went in it was only a matter of time before more were scored! Credit to Rugby who kept on trying, but they are a poor side and I can see why they’re where they are in the league table.

You can only beat what’s in front of you though, and we did that at a canter!

The trick now is to keep things going, the playoffs are a real possibility now and you can see that confidence is really high, there is a great team spirit in this side, the best I’ve seen for a long time!

Lovely to see Brownie back in the shirt, had a rock solid performance imo and it’d be awesome to see him in the shirt for a few more games, alas I don’t think it’ll be too many before Bedford want him back!

Great support btw, wouldn’t it be great if people turned their backs on the Champions League on the TV on Tuesday to watch our lads at home - would love to see a good number of fans and a great atmosphere under floodlights tomorrow!
