Playing some good football again but, still seem to lack that finishing touch.

Considering no Dallas, Dave or Duffy it was a good result against a team expected to be up there at end of season but could so easily have been 3 points. Again we rely on a defender to score, when are our strikers going to strike?

For 60 or so minutes we were on top, and deservedly ahead, it was a strong team performance, particularly liked our pressing game which was fairly effective as well, winning the ball up the pitch on a number of occasions.

But while I don't want to be too cynical at this early stage of the season, it was a disappointing how it got to the point where the equalizer became a bit of an inevitability. We had squandered our chances and allowed them to get a foothold back into the game. Lessons learned for sure, just hope this team can do what previous seasons' teams have been unable to do and either close out or kill off games like this cause that is what we'll need to be able to do to push up the table. As said above, really need one of these strikers to get some goals for us.
