This is incredibly similar to our own situation. I’m sure many on here will find this an interesting read.

That is fascinating to be honest. Similar to us in a lot of ways but the figures they're quoting are miles above what we had to deal with both in terms of ingoings and outgoings.

They must have some enormous financial commitments to be generating £100k commercially and still be in that much of a mess.

Cut, cut, cut and cut some more. And do it right now.
They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....

Deficit last season of £90k and £84k so far this season.
That is staggering incompetence. The suggestion is that their 250 members pay £500 per season, good luck with that one. They currently pay £25.
And this from a club that had considerable success just 3 or 4 seasons ago.

Just out of interest how many adult members do we have?

It certainly makes a mockery of "everyone is very careful about costs".
We'll probably be playing them next season.

Waiting for a couple to be published within our board documents. Have chased it up, once I have them I'll upload. Should be over next couple of days but send me a reminder if not up by Monday.

Next board meeting is Wednesday 19th Feb @ the Windmill Club in Rushden if anyone fancies it. All part-owners welcome!

Are you expecting us to be promoted🤣
If they are relegated they are more likely to be Southern League Div 1 Central

Thanks for posting the minutes, always enjoy reading them & getting a proper insight into the discussions that are being had. Would be good to have more of an insight into the new home however I appreciate there are probably more than valid reasons as to why this info is omitted.
