I know it’s bad but I actually welcome a postponement as I have to work tomorrow and at least I would see a rearranged date!!

All the best today in the Derby, great to see Tim back I today have the pleasure of Alvechurch away, you’ve all been there on a wet and windy day (that’s all it does here I think) and can appreciate my pain

430 crowd. I understand why with the weather but that is dismal. I would have assumed this was one of three games this season (along with Corby and Worcester) where the board would have hoped, and maybe even budgeted, for a bumper crowd so today won't have helped the finances at all!

The Higham sparkle and the weather would have affected the gate , also Welly only get about 180 at home . For instance the iwfe and i were on duty at the sparkle, so that was 2 down

Disappointing attendance but it’s the time of year where so much going on for people, and sadly some of us have to work weekends! Gutted I couldn’t be there today!

Yeah I was very disappointed with the crowd as well, fully expected at least 600 for a derby, almost think we might have got more on a Tuesday night if the weather wasn't as horrid!Rushdenjim wrote: Sat Nov 23, 2024 9:23 pm 430 crowd. The weather clearly had a big impact everywhere, even K*ttering's crowd for all their success lately was half of what they have been getting recently. Two sub 100 crowds in the division today.
Hardly one for the football purist today in those conditions, both teams struggled to adjust all afternoon, though despite leading for most of the second half and missing a penalty, 1-1 seems a fair result on reflection of the entire game for me, not a lot between the two sides.
