A few weeks ago this would have been a near cert win, but they have improved considerably in the past month.
Their first 7 games saw just two points but the last 7 have produced 2 wins and three draws.

Did anyone go to this match? Absolutely zilch comments on here.
I thought Michael was a bit harsh, imo a draw was a good result away to a resurgent Hinckley.
I guess he felt we should and could have done more.

I didn’t go but I can see a team putting together a consistent set of result which whilst not setting the world on fire will be more than enough to ensure a mid table finish. It’s pleasing to see and hope it continues. The manager will always want more and that shows ambition which is good too!

I went, we deserved to win, their keeper pulled off three fantastic saves. Jamal missed a guilt-edged chance at the end when he headed straight at the keepers legs from about 6 yards out.
Looked very rusty and lack of match fitness, but still comfortably better than Hinckley. Agree with Micheal, should have won that. Anyway the main thing is clean sheet and point away from home which isn't bad.

Thought the back 4/5 were superb. Ahead of that we badly missed Webby and Cairo and lacked the bodies on the bench to make the required changes at the top end. Jamal and McHugh looked like they were running through treacle in the last 20 minutes and ideally would have been changed, but with only full backs and a 16-year-old midfielder on the bench options were limited.
The important thing for me is that despite not playing very well we didn't lose the game and really, should have won. On to Saturday with Cairo and Fraser definitely back and Webby a possibility, on paper it's another opportunity for 3 points.
