I was never in favour of digitilised programmes . But not getting to many home games I have found this of great benefit and interest.
It also means that the programme is always current something not always possible when a game was postponed and the "original" programme was used for the rearranged match.
Apart from no longer losing money do we make money now from the advertisers?

Just flicked through the digital programme while listening to radio diamonds.
Well done to everyone who helps to compile the programme, no point continuing with the printed version if we are loosing money on it.

I do hope people read it - takes an hour or two to put together usually and there's 2 of us that do it.
As mentioned above the financial benefits of this mean we will never go back to printed. It was costing the club thousands of pounds and there is no financial output whatsoever with the digital version.
It has exclusive notes from Rob and Michael Harriman before every game as well as other bits and pieces. Today's programme has got election statements from all of those standing for election currently.
Give it a try if you haven't read it before.

It's very professionally done, so with time and a bit of spectator awareness it makes total sense.
Have a programme on your phone and enjoy before, during or after the game.
This is clearly the future.

Funny game today, of course delighted with the win and 5 goals and pleased with 6 points after 4 games, especially considering we didn't get to that total until January last season! But we played brilliantly for an hour and then frustratingly allowed them almost back into the game with their late flurry of goals, seriously need to sort ourselves out at the back, 10 goals conceded in 3 games.
Nevertheless so many positives, going forward we were a different team and the formation certainly worked to rip apart the opposition time and time again.
On the 3rd goal, can see why Loughborough felt hard done by, but saw nothing wrong with the goal, you wouldn't wait for the ref's whistle if taking a quick free kick in the middle of the park so technically it shouldn't be different anywhere else on the pitch, great initiative from Calvin that!

I can remember us scoring five at home against Redditch in 2018.sussexdiamond wrote: ↑Mon Aug 26, 2024 9:01 pm When did we last score 5 in a game?

A game of 2 halves, the first was really good, lots of attacking intent, some great wing play and very solid at the back. Second half, we dropped off and sat back. This gave the momentum to Loughborough, a very young side but they had a very mobile midfield which took control. It's nice to get back to winning and we look a mid table side in second gear with the occasional move up to fourth.
