They were issued as e-tickets by email instantly upon purchasing (TicketSource)

Been looking on my email but don't seem to have had anything,I bought ours at the club shop at the under 18s game not on ticket source,now I'm getting a bit concerned

Millsy was initially in, but had to pull out before he was announced as playing. There were a few like that.

Over the next few days we will detail those that couldn't make it and also those we have failed to track down. I'd like to think we've made an attempt to get hold of everybody that might be considered a legend so if someone is missing, it'll likely be one of those reasons.
