I have a question for JEMS;-

On occasions this season (Wrexham, Crawley both at home) we've stuck to the 4-3-3 formation for the whole game which clearly wasn't working. Wrexham even changed to the same system at half-time and nullified it. In those situations why don't we use the 4-4-2 system as another tool in our armoury to initiate a positive change in the game and go for the win?

Can we have any reassurance that, this squad will be fairly similar if not the same next season (whether we go up or not)? Are we in a position to keep players, and turn down offers, if other clubs come a snooping in the summer?

I ask this as a good chunk of our players are highly rated...and I don't really want them to go. (Kurt, Osano, Dale, Tommo, Byrne)

Will you be looking at trying to get Mark Byrne on a permanent deal next season? I do hope so.
