Great win. Jesse Akubuine was the standout player and scored a great goal. Collard and Bully solid as ever. Good to see Warburton in great form too. I thought the 3 subs looked lively when they came on and Snedker has made an unbelievable save at 3-1. Other teams dropping points again so another good day all round. Go again Tuesday

Pretty routine win really, thought we started a bit slow and our first goal was definitely against the run of play but in the end we grew into the game and set pieces helped secure the result. Like young diamond said really nice save from Snedker, unsure how that didn't go in at the end there. Good Non league day in the Sun!

Great first half, average second half. If they’d have scored their almost open goal just before we made it 3-0 who knows what would have happened…
As others have said Bush looked good today, hopefully he’ll continue to improve.
Good day all round with Alvechurch only drawing

I thought it was a very good professional performance yesterday. Bush had his best game for us and Everyone played well. Defence was solid and dealt with most of what was thrown at them. Just need to make sure the little mistakes are cut out, the chance before half-time being a prime example when paddy should have just put it out. 2 more wins this week and I think we will be there.

A dominant first half and a deserved 3 nil lead. Although how Redditch missed the chance to make it 3-1 when their player hit it straight at Bully on the line from a yard out, lord only knows!
2nd half was a bit flat which I suppose could half be expected, given the warmer weather and having a 3 goal safety cushion. Sneds was called upon to make a world class save to prevent it from being 3-2 late on though, which could have made things interesting.
The 2 new signings who came off the bench both looked promising. Johnson has pace to burn and Graham is what can only be desribed as an absolute unit! I'd expect to see them both link up well in the games coming up. The squad certainly seems to have some good depth coming into a crucial period of the season. The latter perhaps could have grabbed a debut goal late on.
Few special mentions. One to Bush, who after weeks of recent critism on here put in a great hard working shift in up top. In the 3 games I've seen him he's always put a shift in and done what was asked of him. The other to Redditch United and the clubs volunteers and staff who I thought put on a really good "Non League Day" match day experience. 3 well manned bars meant not much waiting times getting a drink during the game and at half time. The reduced entry fee clearly encouraged the locals to come out as I'm sure did the £3 pints. If we are to get a home fixture on next season's NLD I hope our club can take some pointers from Redditch based on yesterday.
