Hillier Cup rules

Post by sussexdiamond »

Does the rule still apply that a player appearing in the final must have played in at least one previous round? If so we will struggle to field eleven plus five subs. By my reckoning we only have 12 still with us and fit including 2 keepers. I am assuming Hughes and Slinn will not be available. If unused subs qualify we can use Cordery and Snellus. Peterboro Sports have only played one game to reach the final so they are likely to be in the same position.

No it doesn’t - the rule was removed this season but may be re-instated next season.

Thanks for prompt reply.
That can't be correct though. The NFA make a sensible decision!
