When you look at the players we had, Zack Reynolds, Sam Brown, Ben Acquaye, Ben Farrell, Nathan Hicks, we’ve lost some quality players. Yes I know they probably get more money elsewhere, and in Farrell’s case moved to be closer to his work.

Not sure what’s going on with Joel as he hasn’t featured in the last couple of games. Like others have said Unless performances pick up, attendances will continue to decline. How much longer before we see less than 200 at a Saturday game? Not long on our current form.
Agree with this, we have not replaced the players who have left the club, we have brought in several different-styled players. Whether players are not available or settled at other clubs, could be the reason why we are not seeing the players who would perform competitively a this level, come and join us. The question is, how do we attract a quality player, for the position required, at an affordable cost to the club ? taking into account, if they do not improve the team and performances remain relatively poor, attendances will drop and revenue decreases.

We have undoubtedly lost some good players but we still have a very good core to our team. Sneds, Alex, Ravi. We have players with( IMO ) huge potential. Will, Pads,Jesse, Connor, FBT. We have solid players too who always put in a shift. Tom, Bully, Joel. What we don't have (again IMO) is a management team that they fully trust/believe in. EVERY game this season has been "keep it tight, hang in there, try to nick something " I agree against Sports/Coalville that's probably the right approach (given we gave reasonable performances) but not against everyone. We seem obsessed with how others are going to play rather than play our way and take the game to them! This has now become our game plan for EVERY game. It can't be very inspiring for the players so no wonder we are not delivering any intensity or consistency 🤔
