I see the AGM is on zoom again?? Anybody know why we not having a proper meeting this time? . If I remember, last time was a poor turn out by members as they were put off by using zoom!

Well for me these last two years have been the only chance I've had to attend the AGM, even though it meant getting up before 4am to jump on. I was surprised at how few people did join.

Hopefully going forward we can manage a safe actual meeting and run zoom as well. That way we can cater for all ??

Surely it can be hosted as a hybrid meeting? Seems to work well elsewhere.

I did try and login around 15 mins late, but it kept saying my email address wasn't authorised or something. Tried several times, different ways but gave up after 15 minutes.

I did have to sign up to Zoom as it asked me to login, rather than just download and run like I do for some of the kids' online stuff - so you did need to create a separate Zoom account. Not sure if the email address on Zoom and the email you registered with had to match.

The same happened to me. We recorded it though so hopefully members will be able to see and hear everything they missed - there were some useful updates.
Fingers crossed that the next meeting we hold will be face-to-face!

Yes I had the exact same, the email I registered with was different for my normal zoom one so had to quickly sign up to zoom with the one I registered for the agm with and it worked perfectly
