Can somebody please confirm whether the game against Eynesbury next weekend is on Saturday or Sunday?
The information about this game is consistently conflicting. We will have supporters driving over on the wrong day unless someone can publicly firm this up.
Currently the OWS is showing it as Sunday 4th. A graphic has just gone up on Facebook saying it's Saturday 3rd. When the tournament was announced this game was pencilled in for Saturday 3rd. When questioned by a fan on Twitter last week, the club replied saying it was Sunday 4th.
Which one is it?

The Twitter graphic omits to mention who we are playing - unless you decode the opponents badge, and has the ground name somewhat wrong (and no postcode to help out).BartonRaz wrote: Mon Jun 28, 2021 8:27 am Can somebody please confirm whether the game against Eynesbury next weekend is on Saturday or Sunday?

Re: Eynesbury Friendly date...
Irrelevant now anyway as the match has been postponed due to the pitch being unavailable.
Bit of a joke really.
Eynesbury rovers recently built itself a marquee pub which shows all the football on a big screen. Given that England play on Saturday night, I'm sure it's probably linked to that.
No way that after this was arranged so long ago that they'd suddenly have the pitch double booked, especially as it's a Sunday afternoon.
