Thank You - Ground Grading & Fundraising

Well done everyone.


Following the efforts of a large number of volunteers, AFC Rushden & Diamonds are delighted to confirm that following the ground grading inspection in March the club has been informed that Grade C will be recommended by the ground grader.

As part of the fundraising all seats in the new stand have been sponsored and the club also received a sizeable donation from the Irthlingborough Diamonds Supporters Trust. As such the £30,000 fundraising target has been reached.

AFC Rushden and Diamonds would like to sincerely thank Irthlingborough Diamonds Trust, a number of large donors and everyone who has helped to make this achievement happen.

Great news that grading has been achieved, it’s a shame common sense doesn’t prevail sometimes as much of that work was never really needed for the level that we’re playing at - but a fantastic achievement by the board and all the volunteers who worked so hard to do what had to be done - you can all be rightly proud of yourselves!
