Not expecting anything from this game with Bully and Ashton likely to be out. Westbrook suspended. Not sure about Bowen. Looks like Punter and Casey will be our centre back partnership. Nothing to lose, may as well go there and be positive from the start. Would like to see Reynolds and Brownie attack more and create more chances as the last 3 games have been poor overall in the attacking third.

Leiston are not playing quite as well as they were a few weeks ago, so maybe we can sneak a point from this game. The toughest game will be Alvechurch who currently head the Form Table. Redditch are much improved from that first game of the season.

Leiston have just signed Ashley Nicholls who some Diamonds fans will remember. I think today’s line up highlights how much we needed the new signings. According to Twitter Patrick Casey is away at an England Schoolboys trial, otherwise he might have had a league start.
