This is an enormous game, the biggest in our recent history. Win and we take a huge step towards promotion. Lose and we've got to go to Cambridge and win.
No pressure, lads.
They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....

I think we need to win both
If we do win both we take both the opponents out of any promotion equation as well as H&Y leaving us to win 1 of last 2 to virtually ensure we finish above Hartley unless they win all remaining games 6-0. So 6 points by 5.00 pm Saturday evening would be very nice.

I don't think we need to win them both (unless we're thinking about the title), although we will need to at least win one of them and possibly draw the other if we want to keep it in our hands going into the last two games. I think we need to win tonight though, I certainly wouldn't fancy having to go to Cambridge City with the form they're in and having to win, if we win tonight then we can probably afford to drop points on Saturday, obviously we'd want to go and win, but at least it wouldn't be the end of the world if we didn't, we'd still finish 2nd assuming we won our final two games with a much better GD than HW if I'm not mistaken.
It was a bit like watching paint dry at times as we got stuck in a fight for the ball. I thought Sam Brown had a poor game by his standard but everyone else were plugging away.
A win's a win and when you're desperate . . .

Bit of an odd view TOD. It wasn't that boring, just a competitive game between two teams looking for promotion. Thought we just about edged it overall, with a strong finish to the first half and looking the more likely team to score. Great play be Farrell to get himself into the position in the box to draw the foul for the penalty. Although I'm sure he's taken better penaltys and missed, because if the keeper had of stood upright he would have easily saved it. I thought the back three were solid overall, not sure why you've singled out Sam Brown? If anybody had a poor game it was weir-daley, who offered very little although Robbins seems oblivious to try and provide him with any opportunities. Be surprised if he's retained for next season. In a similar role to Jon Stevenson. Comes with a reputation at having played at a higher level, but hasn't looked any better than what we've already got.
We'll, that was not pleasant to watch, but, a definite penalty, gives us 3 points. We were certainly made to dig in and they stopped any fluidity, it ended up being a scrappy affair. That result, though, along with 3 more points from the remaining games, l believe, is enough for 2nd spot.
More games this week should give us a clearer picture.
