Why is this designated Under 19's? I was under the impression that the MAA tie up was for Under 18's and certainly that is the category for the FA Youth Cup.

Now kids have to stay in education longer some do three years of college/sixth form where as previously they could only do two.

The FA Youth Challenge Cup rules stipulate that players need to be Under 18 at mid-night on the 31st August to be eligible to play in the competition.
