Shame it won't be at Hayden Road yet.

It might be, just depends how long it takes us to get Hayden Road up to scratch. You have to have a suitable ground approved for the following season by 31st March each year.

Hillgrounds which is off the main road from Bedford and runs in a big loop from Bedford end by Addison Park and the other end comes out opposite Sainsbury's. They have a claim not many clubs can match in having had 3 grounds on the same road. Starting up by the school where there were walnut trees hence them being called the walnut boys, they then moved half was down and then that site was developed and they are now at the Bedford end by the swimming pool & bowls club. It's very easy to get to especially if your starting in Oakley.

I think there's limited car parking for fans at the ground. There is some parking at the adjacent park and many have parked in the road on the couple of occasions that I've visited Hillgrounds.

Playing at Kempston should ensure we are placed in the Southern League next season. But will it be the Premier or First Div Central? We could even be playing against Kempston!.

I understand that the Club have requested that, for league placement purposes, our home is judged as Hayden Road next season.
Nevertheless whether Kempston, Rushden or Wellingborough is used it highly likely we will be in Southern rather than a Northern league next season. On current predictions, at Step 4 level, there appears to a number of new clubs that we didn't play last season.

Not been updated for a while as they now have a new car park at the far end of the pitch by the river, however the 4G pitch is virtually in permanent use so most of that area is used by people on that. The original car park holds max 45 cars and the is the added bonus of other games on the park pitches next door, so for however many games we are there for best to assume most will be parking on the road.
