Depends whether the applicant, as advised by their consultants, feels that they have any grounds to put in an appeal against this decision? If not then they will need to get their 'thinking caps' on and find something which stands a chance of getting planning consent. I think they are running out of viable options for this site as I always suspected. The fact that the site is in a designated 'flood plain' seriously cuts down their options.Frogerz wrote:
