What happens when you let idiots buy a football club thinking it's sustainable.LincolnshireDiamond wrote: ↑Sat May 25, 2024 8:45 am Seems strange to me that it is allowed to happen, that someone can just go screw this and disband the team and exit the league without even trying to find someone to take over.

Re: Returning to the Dog & Duck
Aidie is Aidie and will always give his side of the story with his passion, which you have to admire. From the outside looking it I would suggest that the club looks to build relationships and increase what appears to be a lack of understanding about local football and the people who run neighbourin...

Re: Returning to the Dog & Duck
I understand that to have a new groundshare agreement the host club must have at least a ten year tenure. Welly clearly don't have that. According to our statement, they were still able to offer a 3 year GS agreement. Presumably if they had a ten year tenure as you have suggested they would’ve been...

As said they will probably the allocations mid May. There could be appeals though, mainly over league allocation rather than Step allocation.

Great result.
Just waiting on the FA now. A couple of ground grading failures won't hurt either

The NFA make the rules up as they go along with their County Cups. I would be surprised to see Pigman and Stagman upfront :-)

When thinking about reprieves don't forget that Loughborough haven't folded and had their record expunged.
They asked for voluntary relegation so "should" be one of the two clubs relegated.

To my knowledge, voluntary relegations are treated ‘in area’, so 2nd bottom in our league will be reprieved. Which is us. It will be no less than what the club, manager, management squad, players, volunteers, and us fans deserve. Sad for Loughborough Dynamo of course. That is certainly the case for...
