Possibly a similar situation at Sphinx. Sacked their manager today, with most fans acknowledging they were punching way above their weight, largely due to the manager. Interesting to see if the players walk out in protest, or whether they have someone new lined up.

We were there, however in the stand at the side - so didn't hear anything, as whoever it was, was behind the goal.
1st half - very open game, lots of chances and we were probably slightly the better of the 2 sides, though sphinx looked very dangerous going forwards.

Fantastic first hour.
When was the last time we were so on top of a game after an hour we could afford to make subs just to give players game time, and to rest tired legs?

Reading back that thread, I'd forgotten how grim it was going into every game knowing you were almost certainly going to lose.
Isn't it strange how that feeling drifts away, as gradually, by bit things have improved (thanks to the board there!!!!!). I think this and last season I'd go into any game ...
