New part ownership

Not sure if this is the place (can't get on membership forum as its expired) but does anyone know if junior part owner is still a season ticket to all home games (as it used to be)? Also , I seem to remember that the vote proposal said 1 adult parent got in for half price? Nothing on club shop or website about it??
